We came up with a new way to top baskets about three years ago.  Using Chiffon Twist Hair Ties.  We call them Basket Toppers® are great for topping baskets, cups, bottles, etc, in place of bows.  They can be used as fillers inside baskets and trays also.  You can coordinate them both inside and outside of baskets.

Basket toppers are sold in dozens and dozens cannot be broken up and mixed.  If you want a certain color or a solid color dozen, let us know and we'll see if we can make it happen.
